As a Safety & Business systems co-ordinator you will be assisting in our progress towards ISO standardisation through the development and implementation of policies and procedures to manage safety at our organisation. This role requires a high level of literacy and diligence to ensure that all written documents are standardised and accurate.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for assisting with planning and conducting professional management system audits in accordance with procedures to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet customer requirements and appropriate accreditation standards.
- You will be reporting into the Safety & Business Systems Manager and work with all departments to identify, lead, support and maintain continuous improvements through an internal audit program and ad-hoc projects.
- You’ll conduct audits (desk-based or on client’s sites) in accordance with the relevant ISO management system standard and will provide specific technical support to expand the company’s capability to offer valued services to customers.
- You will need to maintain a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships, ongoing business development and complete all chargeable work within the required budget and timeframes to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency of the business, providing accurate and timely reporting to assist the planning and management of operations.
- Assist the Safety and Business Systems Manager with analysing the processes of the company
- Identify risk within business practices and evaluating the controls put in place to counter these
- Planning and executing internal audits, reviewing audit data, interviewing, and consulting employees and examining business operations.
- Improve business performance through risk management, control and identifying opportunities for improvement (efficiency and efficacy).
- AD-HOC project-based work
- To support maintenance of certifications and standards
- Prepare reports of audit findings and make recommendations to the business
- Carry out presentations to management
