Customer Service Co-ordinator - Excellent package - Cardiff
This company, a leading supplier of innovative medical equipment are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-Ordinator who will be tasked with processing of all customer orders and quotations within a specific area.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37 hour working week
The Role
- Ensure that UK orders are processed accurately through the SOP system.
- Contact customers to obtain outstanding payments
- Resolve any customer queries, VAT credits, returned goods etc.
- Internal sales support - generation of invoiced sales and order intake data.
- Liaise with Production on product availability and dispatch to ensure goods are dispatched on time.
- Manage and select appropriate carriers to ensure effective use of budgeted expenditure.
- Provide quotations and general administration - filing, record keeping, letters.
The Person
- Excellent computer skills, ideally be proficient and familiar with Word and Excel.
- Must have good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Have good organisational skills
- Must have experience of dealing with difficult customers
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be preferred
