A well-established Residential Housing community, working 1-1 with adults with suffering with homelessness and substance abuse - the residents are usually here for around 6-9 months, during that time they are supported to be more independent in every day and work towards their housing goals. So ideally you will be kind, approachable and engaging, motivational and assertive, to encourage the service users to do whats best for them. You will have 3 shifts a week, going to a 1 of 3 different services within Bristol each day, shifts can be split across 5 days and shorter hours if necessary, as long as all duties are fulfilled with the service users during 38 hours a week.

Main Job Role:

- Following care plans with service users and doing the relevant activities during the day.
- General care, cooking, cleaning etc.
- Helping service users work towards their accommodation goals.
- Relevant experience within a Housing role
- You will need your own transport due to having to get to a different service each day
