**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Book all work in through the Job Management Software.
- Liaise with our site based Staff with any additional information or changes to daily workload.
- Maintain an organised database of contracts and related documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Ordering materials from suppliers, ensuring deliveries arrive on time.
- Booking accommodation for staff working on National contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping industry.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- A good understanding of Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,120.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
