The position is all about giving their clients a wonderful experience, refer their friends and colleagues and make the working environment friendly, warm and inviting.

Looking after the clients by being responsible for managing the space, the day-to-day running of the space and engaging with the community.

You will be in charge of new members onboarding and account management

Welcoming new members following the onboarding process

Utilising an in-house system

Facilities management

Space management - ensure the spaces are always in a first class condition, being clean and inviting

Stock management

Manage a simple but effective member programming schedule. promoting productivity with events, connection amongst members and connection to the neighbourhood

Develop local suppliers and partner relationships in order to stock with the best local products and services

Ensuring all member reviews are kept up to date

Up keeping reviews on Google and TrustPilot

Gathering feedback

Management of a team - experience of management required

Look after the rotas and holiday / sick cover.

Hire and train staff

Looking after general finances for hospitality, canteen, facilities management

Report on performance to Chief Operating Office and Line Manage

Manage trials and show people around the work space
