JOB TITLE- Fleet Scheduler

LOCATION-Harrow

HOURS- Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 HYBRID

Flexible Hybrid working, 23 Days of Annual leave, Free parking, Goverment pension, discount on beauty products

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

- Organsing therapists for cruise ships
- Administration tasks such as Processing staff expenses, Change of contract requests and duties set by manager
- Working closely with the Director of operations for manning and forecast of budget figures
- Coordinate any additional requirements including staff medicals and vaccinations with Personnel Administrator
- To produce weekly reports for staff rotations
- Previous Administration experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft and IT systems
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great attention to detail
