Our Financial Services client is looking for a highly skilled Head of Change Risk and stratagey to join their team for a 6 months initial contract.

**THIS ROLE SITS INSIDE IR35**
- A seasoned risk professional with experience working in a risk environment at a large FTSE100 in either Line 1 or Line 2, providing advice and guidance on change programmes
- Experience of programme assurance or oversight/ monitoring experience
- Ability to think strategically, making links from across the business and identify key themes and emerging risks
- A skilled communicator that can work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to effectively identify and manage risks and issues in a way that supports the business to deliver in line with plans and targets.
- Someone with an agile mindset who can oversee a large portfolio of work with variable priorities and deadline and can replan/ reprioritise quickly, in line with business needs.
- Experience communicating complex issues effectively across a number of technical risk and compliance disciplines involved in product / proposition development
- Delivery focussed with experience of supporting risk owners/ SMFs to deliver effective strategies to manage strategic and change risks.
- Commercial acumen and ability to challenge business cases to ensure an appropriate balance between risk and reward in all proposition development and change activity.
- Experience of leading small teams in a Line 1 or Line 2 Risk capacity.
