A large, national organisation who play a key role in setting high standards of corporate governance, reporting and audit is growing their Oversight team, recruiting for a Strategy and Change Director.

This role will focus on driving forward enhancement and development of the team, managing the strategy and development of the framework required for effective oversight.

You will have need to have an audit background and ideally be working for an audit firm at Director or Associate Partner Level with experience of regulatory environments, strategy & change management.

**Day to day duties include**:

- Developing strategy and responses to ensure strong output from the team
- Participating in senior leadership team meetings
- Direct line management for a section of the team including heads of work streams
- Leading on strategic projects
- Drafting position papers for review at Executive Committee and board level
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with external parties

**Essentials**:

- Audit background with Director level experience
- Risk Management experience
- Experience in strategy, planning and change management
