Personal Assistant to Cfo

**Personal Assistant to CFO and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development - SW London (Office Based) - £40,000 to £43,000 Dependant on Experience + Bonus**

My client, a successful serviced office provider on the FTSE 250 listed Real Estate Investment Trust, managing circa four million square feet of business space across 60 properties in the UK, are currently seeking a highly experience PA with a proven trackrecording of supporting more than one senior director.

You will join their stunning office in SW London sitting in a team of 8 other administrative staff, where you will be supporting the CFO, Director of Strategy and Corporate Development and wider Finance team. You will need to be discrete, highly organisedand able to multi-task, alongside having an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service which is at the heart of their culture and values.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Proactively manage multiple diaries strategically to ensure there are no conflicts
- Provide extensive general administrative support to the directors and wider team
- Work to absolute discretion and confidentiality on behalf of the entire C-Suite and Executive team
- Manage and coordinate any travel arrangements including arranging London and Greater London site tours with analysts and investors, organising some US and European travel for large conferences
- Assisting the CFO and wider Finance Team with all year end reporting, audit, statements and announcements
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
- Collating board papers and board packs, extensive use of Diligent (Board Paper Software), and administrative management of the Audit Committee alongside finance and the Company Secretary
- Project Managing full year and half year announcement internally (RNS, Trading and Business Update Statements), and full events management alongside The London Stock Exchange, liaising heavily with external parties and The London Stock Exchange Events Team
- Full Roadshow management during full and half year reporting periods; ensuring schedules, meetings and travel are arranging in a timely manner
- Handling of confidential legal documents and insider information
- Supporting on presentations, reports, formatting, excel spreadsheet data management and research
management, and the upkeep of the SharePoint electronic filing system.
- Action points and note taking in various meetings when relating to large projects or important meetings, including some project involvement where required
- CRM and Data Management; Working closely with the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development and the Strategy and Investor Relations Analyst to maintain all strategy, investor relations and corporate development documents up to date, maintain JP Morgan'sCBS CRM with all investor and analyst activities including meeting activity, pulling reports and roadshow management.
- Work closely with the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development, Strategy & Investor Relations
Analyst, and Head of Corporate Communications on all full year and half year reporting, including all externals and agencies with regards to statements, RNSs, roadshows, tours and conference activity.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 5+ years' proven PA/Team Assistant experience managing more than one senior director
- Experience in Investor Relations or Financial Industry would be advantagoues
- Experience of managing multiple and challenging calendars
- Happy to work alone and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Audio typing
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and anticipative
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude as well as adopting a flexible attitude to work
- Analytical approach
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

**Package**:

- £40,000 to £43,000 Dependant on experience + Bonus
