Our Innovation Director (ID) is leaving and we are piloting a different approach to business support, through a Business Growth Manager and access to a network of IDs. This is a great time to join our Company; a brand new role for you to make your own
**What will you do?**
The Business Growth Manager will co-ordinate the provision of business support for BASE customers in order to support their business performance and growth by:
- understanding customers’ requirements and leveraging the Oxford Innovation network, resources and local business support eco-system (e.g. Innovation Directors, Oxford Innovation Advice, EM3 Growth Hub) to optimise delivery of the most relevant support
- facilitating access to a network of business specialists, support associates and third-party providers
- delivering a wide range of community engagement activities including events, networking opportunities and social interactions to drive collaboration
- developing case studies, testimonials, and high-quality content whenever possible for the centre’s marketing material and campaigns
- developing our role within the local community and managing ongoing relationships with BASE partners, including Homes England, EM3 LEP, East Hampshire District Council, Universities and other organisations; ensuring participation in ongoing initiatives
- measuring and reporting our impact, keeping track of customer progress, preparing stakeholder reports and participating in review meetings.
