Role Summary
- Proactively grow the customer base by engaging with potential new customers.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, consisting of a variety of key and independent retailers.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Coiledspring products to effectively support and advise the national sales team for product listings.
- Provide tailored support to the national sales team by assisting with product pitches to national retailers, ensuring impactful and persuasive presentations.
What does the role involve
Key Accountabilities
- Seek out new UK opportunities to grow the company customer base and increase sales orders in the gaming retailer market.
- Effectively manage existing customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Ensure customer account information is accurate and up to date at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential new customers via phone, email and face-to-face to establish interest in becoming a retailer.
- Take time to build and sustain great relationships with each potential new customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs.
- Provide great customer service to a portfolio of customers.
- Pro-actively contact existing customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales.
- Capture & update customer information accurately.
- Some travel will be involved to meet with new, existing customers and attending trade shows.
- Work across departments, highlighting Coiledspring products and supporting sales.
