We also have a focus on helping our core banking and capital markets clients grow market demand for digital assets to better serve their customers.What you will be doingThe Senior Manager, Product Management will leverage their expertise in blockchain, decentralized finance and cryptocurrency to co-create capabilities according to the overall vision and product strategy. You will work closely with the Crypto Product Strategyfunction to ensure Product Development (Product, Design and Engineering) is well researched, prioritized and in line with the business direction. You will also work directly with our Executive Line of Business Leaders across Merchant (“Pay”), Banking (“Bank”)and Capital Markets (“Invest”) to closely align on priorities and sequencing of Product delivery to meet our clients needs. The candidate should be a capable Crypto / digital asset / blockchain enthusiast with a leadership mindset of innovation and creativityfor developing existing and new Products. He/She should also be familiar with user growth techniques, and focus on increasing the user base by continuously improving the products, through combining different resources and planning with timelines.Key responsibilitiesincludeSupport firmwide alignment and plans for the future of Crypto / Digital Assets / Blockchain technology from design, build, launch and through to scale Help establish partnerships with companies that can help to accelerate and enhance FIS’ ambitionsin the crypto /digital asset / blockchain spacePartner effectively with other leaders in product, design, marketing, engineering and the business to influence priorities and drive alignment on the best products and solutions to launch Influence organisation,customers, suppliers, partners and peers on the direction and detail of our Crypto product suite by building appropriate and effective business relationships Maintain excellent judgment on prioritization between focusing features, architectural improvementsand operational excellenceWhat you bring If you are intellectually curious, driven, passionate and have a deep understanding of product strategy for digital asset / crypto / blockchain technologies, we’d like to hear from you.
