**Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader**

**Our client is a specialist lender in bridging loans and offers bespoke short-term finance solutions to property investors. They are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager, who can come in and lead the sales team to drive success.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading the sales team
- Generate inflows/income from client retail products in excess of annual targets
- Deliver performance against objectives set at start of each half-year period
- Sell across the product range with reference to areas of strategic focus/importance as they arise throughout the year
- Help develop adviser technical understanding including generic, product specific and client focused information
- Take steps to maintain and improve own knowledge and skills (including professional qualifications) through a dynamic PDP that reflects areas of focus and improvement. Evidence progress and impact in these areas
- Demonstrate high call competency through call listening sessions with Manager
- Seek/create innovative solutions to develop region and propositions including new product/proposition proposals and opportunities

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Transferable sales experience
- Track record of excellent sales performance
- Commercial acumen
- Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based
