We are currently looking for an organised, efficient, and experienced Team administrator/secretary to join our company. You will be providing support to our busy construction team. The role of Project Administrator is to co-ordinate and provide secretarial administrative support to Partners and project teams. A resourceful and flexible approach is required

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations
- Format documents using up to date templates and QA procedures
- Check in with teams about their deadlines and offer help for them to keep those deadlines
- Arrange and attend weekly or monthly team meetings, keep minutes of actions
- Complete Directors Expenses/Credit card statements
- Raise invoices and credit notes
- Answer phones when needed and take messages for team members if they are unavailable
- Keep CRM up-to date with clients and opportunities
- Liaise with finance
- Become familiar with the BIM folder structure and ensure that teams are filing correctly
- General office duties including photocopying, scanning, binding, printing
- Book travel/accommodation
- Assist Directors with managing team holiday requests
- Keep in contact with team members to find what they need help with and try to find solutions to any problems they are having
- Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team

**Experience required**:

- Must have construction support experience, proven ability of performing similar tasks, enthusiastic and bright
- Specific skills/programmes: Office package, advanced Word

**Ideal skills**
- Advanced Word
- Intermediate Excel/Powerpoint
- In-Design (advantage)
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to manage heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines/manage expectations
- Flexible approach and ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated/Use own initiative
- 50+ WPM

Currently admin / secretarial staff are working from the office 2/3 days a week but the contract is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
