We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives and the dispatch department.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arranging customer deliveries.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Be confident in answering phone calls and interacting with customers.
- Assist the dispatch planner with her role.
- Process orders.
- General office duties including filing and archiving.
**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an administrator.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate.
Hours: Monday - Friday. 8:30 - 17.30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
