Internal Communications Executive

**About you**:
- Have experience of working within internal communications (preferably in a financial services organisation)
- Possess strong writing and proof-reading skills
- Have experience of working with new and emerging IC channels, such as video and social media
- Be proactive, and able to effectively prioritise workload to achieve targets in a timely manner
- Exhibit great planning and organisational skills
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels within the organisation
- Be able to track and monitor progress, and report effectiveness
- Collaborate with the immediate team and wider business
- Work efficiently under pressure and tight timescales.
**Details**:
- Contributing to the creation and delivery of internal communications plans, in support of the business strategy
- Delivering targeted campaigns, using creative, innovative, and two-way communication wherever possible
- Writing engaging communications which inform, inspire and drive action in line with the LV= culture and values
- Creating a range of content using a variety of methods such as video, photography, and podcasts
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and influencers across the business to meet internal communication needs and ensure an integrated approach
- Supporting the management and development of key internal communications tools and channels, such as the intranet, digital newsletter etc.
- Assisting in the planning, coordinating and execution of internal engagement events
- Measuring and evaluating IC activity and campaigns on a monthly basis
- Collaborating with the wider Communications Team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the external messages.
