**About The Role**: **Team - Internal Communications** **Working Pattern -** Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. **We are happy to discuss flexible working** **Top 3 skills needed for this role**: - Confident writing capability - Excellent interpersonal communication - Strong organisational skills **What this role is all about**: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual to support the Internal Comms & Engagement team at Vitality. Ideal for someone starting their career, who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, organised, and have excellent time management skills. This role involves assisting with campaigns, events, and initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and engagement. You'll also support key events, leadership sessions, and our reward & recognition programme. **Key Actions** **Events and Activations** - Schedule and manage key workshops and wellbeing checks incl. health checks, step tests, and flu jabs, quarterly wellbeing workshops, Mental Health Champion sessions - Collaborate with the Planning team to schedule frontline teams - Invite and attendee management - Provide logístical support for in-person events (room bookings, catering, printing collateral) - Offer on-the-ground support for in-person activities - Manage the process for the personalisation programme **Communications Support** Support the creation and delivery of communications and campaigns, including: - Research and create content - Source and share employee stories - Update and edit intranet hub content - Collaborate with the design team on concepts - Draft and edit general communications - Produce the weekly round-up newsletter, including researching content, drafting copy, sourcing imagery, and proofreading **Employee experience** Support the Employee Experience team with key engagement moments and programmes, including: - Coordinate leadership engagement sessions and events (site visits, broadcasts, roadshows), including attendee and invite management, room bookings, venue hire, F&B, and on-site logístical assistance - Contribute to the Star Awards program, including data reporting, invite management, coordinating winner announcements, and logístical support for quarterly and annual events - Provide support for regular events (annual parties, roadshows, SLTs), including attendee management, printed collateral, invoicing, and hands-on event assistance **Cross-Team Support** Provide general assistance across the team including: - Manage the internal comms mailbox and flag actions to relevant team members - Oversee the internal comms calendar and team activity/campaign schedule - Run staff competitions and sponsorship ticket drives - Manage intranet updates - Handle invoice management and expenses - Use Adobe Workfront for design job management - Manage merchandise purchasing and research - Draft and edit BAU communications for the Internal Comms Business Partner **What do you need to thrive?** - Proven ability to manage multiple and varied projects and tasks simultaneously - Strong affinity with our core purpose and values; desire to drive positive change - Event experience - Experience with different digital platforms (desirable) - Experience with photoshop/Indesign or similar design tools (desirable) - Experience with SurveyMonkey or similar polling/surveying tools (desirable) **So, what’s in it for you?** - Bonus Schemes - A bonus that regularly rewards you for your performance - A pension of up to 12%- We will match your contributions up to 6% of your salary - Our award-winning Vitality health insurance - With its own set of rewards and benefits - Life Assurance - Four times annual salary These are just some of the many perks that we offer To view the extensive range of benefits we offer, please visit our careers page. **Fantastic Benefits.
