Marketing and Digital Internship: Ageas are delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing and Digital Intern to join our Marketing, Digital and Proposition teams on an FTC and take the opportunity to gain hands on experience across all key areas of marketing and digital marketing.

As Marketing and Digital Intern, you will be responsible for providing support across all aspects of digital marketing for Ageas Direct. Your key areas of focus will include analytics, user experience, social media, content marketing, website updates, acquisition and retention campaigns and customer propositions development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone studying a relevant degree in marketing, digital or propositions to join a fast paced and dynamic team and gain exposure to implementing marketing strategy in line with business objectives

Main areas of responsibility are:
Digital Journey: you'll be at the heart of designing the digital customer experience; gaining insight into users' intentions/behaviours and utilising this knowledge to create interface designs that are immersive, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
Social Media: support the creation of engaging content for our social media channels that will drive consideration for prospects, improve brand engagement and will highlight our online services for existing customers.
Content Marketing: create content that engages with potential customers to raise consideration of Ageas and contributes to our search engine optimisation strategy. Once you have written the copy you will also be responsible for adding the content to our websites via our content management system (CMS).
Digital Acquisition and Retention campaigns: provide support for the creation of our media plan and the required creative. Work on specific campaigns for brand engagement and retention of existing customers.
Brand Management: helping to ensure that all customer facing collateral is on brand with the correct tone of voice. You will also be involved in web design and the look and feel of our websites.
Digital Analytics: consultant in building the analytics roadmap and championing the use of digital analytics data to aid in decision making throughout marketing and beyond.
Customer Propositions: Development of customer facing propositions encompassing brand, service & product propositions to deliver compelling reasons for customers to join and stay with our brands.

Skills and experience you need as Marketing & Digital Intern
Studying a relevant degree in marketing, digital or proposition
A keen interest in digital channels and customer marketing
Problem solving skills to identify opportunities and make recommendations
Good communication skills to articulate their work to stakeholders
A good level of customer focus and understanding of customer needs
Analytical skills to understand reports and be able to act on key findings
Team player, articulate and confident
Good literacy
