We are proud to be recruiting a Sales Executive for our reputable client based in Bournemouth, who offer services to businesses and charities on a Nationwide scale. Their exceptional service packages are tailored to each individual business and are committedto streamlining their clients business processes, saving them money and time.
Due to internal promotion, they now have a new opening for an outgoing and confident Sales Executive with first class communication and negotiation skills to work on a B2B basis.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for contacting businesses throughout the UK via pre-generated leads, speaking to decision makers and building a pipeline of potential new business - the end goal being to win the new business
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely well established and secure business which is continuing to grow, offering a great working environment, basic salary plus commission and a sociable group of people to work with.
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Pro-actively contact potential new customers
- Follow up any incoming leads
- Work within agreed scripts and sales processes
- Develop a good rapport with potential customers
- Seek to understand the customer requirements
- Present the services on offer and benefits to the customers
- Pass on prospective larger customers to the field sales team
- Build a sales pipeline using the company database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Communicate effectively internally within the company
**Requirements**:
- 1 year experience in telesales or telephone customer services preferred
- Ability to make between 60 and 70 cold calls a day
- Enjoy using the phone in either a sales or customer service role
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
- Good knowledge of using CRM software and telephone systems
**Personal qualities**
- Socially confident and emotionally mature
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Even temperament, resilient and able to handle rejection
- Good negotiation skills
- Demonstrate an ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skilled in prioritising and fulfilling obligations
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
