Administration Officer

**Hours**:
Part-time Monday-Friday 9.00am - 2.00pm
**Main Duties**:
Main responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
- To update our fast moving stock
- Preparing internal/external documents.
- Providing good communication and service levels.
- Supporting the management team to ensure a smooth running office.
- All tasks to be performed in compliance with the Groups Health & Safety and Quality Control systems.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Good MS Office skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Ability to work accurately under time constrains.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Ability to deal and communicate with people at all levels.
**Training**:
Training will be given on all necessary aspects of our internal computer system KClient.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
