We are currently seeking a Transport office Administrator to join our Team.
As a Transport Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all agreed and relevant administration is carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
Full time role, Monday-Friday
Office located in Felton, Bristol.
Salary £24,000-£25,000 Per annum
**Job responsibilities of a Transport Administrator include**:
- Processing all paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
- Inputting data and updating relevant spread sheets
- Invoicing
- Dealing with queries
- Following customer and internal procedures in an effective and efficient way
- Providing holiday cover across the department when necessary
**Qualifications**
As a Transport Office Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:
- You will have a great attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative supported by good numerical and computer skills, including excel.
- You need to be team orientated and have good communication skills. Demonstrate a positive attitude and be determined to work hard.
- The ability to deal with a high volume of paperwork and experience in a similar Administration role would be desirable.
- Ideally you will have a background within Transport, however this is non-essential.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
