**Job description**:
About the role:
The administrative resource unit (ARU) is a large team of professional administrators who provide a range of admin support across the organisation.
The aim of the role ‘Team Administrator’ is to provide support to teams, primarily in a specific Directorate, and work flexibly across the organisation in line with business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- managing enquiries (internal and external) to ensure information reaches the right people to respond;
- providing team support by arranging team meetings and taking notes when required;
- following processes and procedures;
- arranging travel;
- budget administration.
The role requires engagement with stakeholders to ensure that the relevant team receives appropriate administrative support.
**Person specification**:
About you:
- You will be proactive with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams are essential.
- Experience of using multiple inboxes and calendars, note and minute taking is preferrable.
- Experience of budget administration is desirable.
