An exciting opportunity has come available for an Office Administrator based out of our UK (Bristol) Office.

The Office Administrator will execute general day to day administrative, purchasing, personnel, communications and accounts issues and the smooth running of the UK office.

- Experience &/or recognised qualification (s)
- 2 years plus administration experience
**The role**:
The duties assigned to the Office Administrator are varied, but will include:

- Day to day running of the UK Office - HSE, invoices, post, stationary, IT systems, consumables, general administration and maintenance
- Set up, maintain and evaluate the accounts with UK Suppliers
- Check deliveries and follow up payments to suppliers with the Finance Department
- Planning and executing of office auditing in cooperation with the Head of QHSE
- Liaise with Geoquip Marine worldwide offices
- Be the first point of contact for the office - in person or on the telephone
- General support to the project teams
- Logistical Departmental support in all facets: raising shipping documents, liaising with international agents, tracking shipments
- Building management - liaising with Landlord’s agent
- Promotion of HSE and ensuring HSE requirement are adhered to
- Responsible for the quality of service to internal and external clients including interested parties
- Any other duties deemed necessary, which are within the bounds of the incumbent’s competence and function

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bristol, BS1 2BD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
