The E-Commerce Executive will have a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Supporting the Head of Growth with management of website systems (including Shopify, Recharge, Zapier, etc) and integrations to enhance performance.
- Supporting the Head of Growth with our CRO Strategy, setting up new tests through Google Optimise.
- Providing website reporting for weekly meetings, QBRs and deep dives to help the team drive data driven decisions.
- Managing Trustpilot and Power Reviews content across the website.
- Responsibility for day-to-day management of website content including updating copy, creative and offers.
- Acting as an internal point of contact for website investigation - troubleshooting and fixing bugs across website and backend systems.
- Briefing our external dev team via Trello when issues cannot be resolved inhouse.
- Supporting our Client Care team with investigation of customer issues.

**Requirements**:
What we need from you
- 1 year's ecommerce experience.
- Degree in e-commerce or digital marketing or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working with Shopify preferred.
- Demonstrable project management experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Impeccable attention to detail, and innate organisational skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Comfort with delivery at pace, resilience and optimism.
