With 700% growth in the last two years, we are on track to becoming a £100m global beauty brand.OverviewWe seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimise our online presence across Shopify and Amazon platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and proficiency in utilising Shopify and Amazon tools to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.This hybrid position requires a presence for a few days at our London office.Who You AreYou know DTC.You have a background in digital marketing/e-commerce.You know Shopify and Amazon.That’s the channel you will be working on ;)You like drawing insights from statistics.Efficiency & consistency comes hand in hand.You are an organised project manager.ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify and Amazon accounts. Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search and conversion. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates on both Shopify and Amazon platforms. Conduct regular analysis of sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotions and campaigns.Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by optimising product pages, improving the information hierarchy, and managing reviews. Implement best practices for customer service, order fulfilment, and returns.Digital Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales.Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, operations metrics and customer satisfaction.
