**Installations Co-Ordinator**
We have a fantastic opportunity here at HAG for an Installations Co-ordinator who is motivated, confident and efficient to join our growing business.
**About the role**:
The purpose of the role is to schedule and co-ordinate installation teams for new security, fire and environmental door installations, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Being part of a small team, the day-to-day activities of the role are varied and will include:
- Cost effective scheduling of engineers
- Co-ordinating works across multiple sites, within client deadlines
- Liaising with surveying team, subcontractors, suppliers, plant hire etc.
- Assisting in the smooth progression of contracts through the key stages of execution, from order to Installation; whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
- Evaluating and reporting cost's for analysis
- Developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
**About You - Skills and Experience**:
- Knowledge and experience of logístical planning
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt approach to a wide range of people, providing clear and precise information to customers and colleagues
- Driven, organised and thorough in your approach with attention to detail
- Enjoy a fast paced role and thrive under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a wider team
- Ability to process a range of logical information
- IT proficient using Microsoft packages, internet and management information systems
