I am currently looking for an Admin Co-ordinator £23,000 - £26,000 per annum to join a well-respected firm based in Hengrove. **Job Details of the Admin Co-ordinator**: The Admin Co-ordinator will work within the Aftersales team to co-ordinate shipping of spares orders, projects and new machinery. Reporting to the Customer services team leader, this is a varied and exciting role. In addition, the Admin Co-ordinator is expectedto work with colleagues throughout the business to achieve the best possible result for the client as a whole. **Responsibilities of the Admin Co-ordinator**: - Responsible of shipping spare part orders with couriers, including generating export paperwork - Responsible of shipping arrangements for new machinery and projects - Customer contact to resolve customer/supplier shipping issues - Checking and approval of supplier invoices - Compliance with Exporting procedures including revenue and customs duty/tariff procedures - Using the ERP system for invoicing and general order administration - Provide information and assistance regarding availability of Spare Parts, and notification of order progress - Process customer quotation requests including pricing calculations and proactively follow-up on open quotations - Updating of the ERP system and Portals with standard part/supplier data - Work in coordination with internal departments and b2b entities - To work with managers and departments, to implement new procedures and working practices in order to achieve "best working practice" - Maintenance of the Install base, warranty period records and general documentation - Maintain and generate documentation of processes **Key Attributes of the Admin Co-ordinator**: - Ability to engage and influence all levels of organisation both internally and with customer - Excellent prioritisation and workload management of self - Willing to take responsibility and make decisions confidently - Good business acumen - Valid work permit to enable employment in the UK - Autonomous, resilient & resourceful approach with a positive 'can do' attitude - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - Enjoys collaborating with others in a team environment **Salary & Benefits** **Salary**: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience **Hours**: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs a week **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Working hours are 37.5 hrs a week - 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays - increasing to 28 after 5 years' service - Christmas shutdown period, deducted from annual leave entitlement. - Cycle to work Scheme (once passed probation) - Perkbox - platform enabling discounts for various retailers. - Bosch/Neff/Siemens; Staff discount for home appliances. - Plus, many more
