Compliance Administration Co-ordinator

**In a nutshell**
As a Compliance Co-ordinator you will act as a senior officer within the wider Compliance Team structure. In addition to being responsible for ensuring that all Lifetime Trainings funding claims are compliant in accordance with our internal Policies by executingspecific validation checks, you will also act as a point of contact for the Compliance Officers as well as supporting the Compliance Managers with installing excellent working practices within the Compliance and Operational Teams.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide day to day support to Compliance Officers in terms of knowledge and development
- Act as a point of contact for one of the four Operational business sectors
- Be an expert in Compliance validation tasks executing accurate reviews of learner records
- Accurately input relevant data into the Individual Learner Record (ILR) within the chosen MI system
- Work towards and become an expert in navigating around the Aptem MI system
- Ensuring learners personal records are maintained with current and relevant details across various MIS systems
**What will you bring to the role?**
- Previous experience of working in a Compliance / Data Processing department
- Experience of working within Adult Education/Apprenticeship sector
- Experience in training processes guidance to colleagues
- Comfortable deputising for Compliance Manager when necessary
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Desire to offer exceptional Customer Service
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues both written and verbal
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Exceptional knowledge if Lifetime's compliance Policies and Processes
- Able to articulate internal processes with others
- Ability to monitor and review own work
- Lead by example
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) have amended the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 so that, from 11 November 2021, all care home workers and other visiting professionals will need to be fully vaccinatedagainst COVID-19, unless they have an exemption or there is an emergency.
Lifetime require all successful applicants for roles where our colleagues may have a requirement to enter a care home setting to be either intending to be vaccinated or to be already vaccinated against Covid-19
