I am currently looking for a Travel Co-ordinator £24,000 - £27,000 per annum to join a well-respected firm based in Avonmouth.
**Job Details of the Travel Co-ordinator**:
To assist with the organisation and administration of all aspects of our engineering, packing and logistics projects to ensure their complete and efficient operation including travel co-ordination. To provide professional administrative support to the business.
**Responsibilities of the Travel Co-ordinator**:

- Administering travel in accordance with Job Owner and/or direct Travel Requests, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate & provided in a timely manner to personnel travelling
- Researching travel arrangements, maximising efficiency & controlling costs, whilst ensuring minimum quality standards & traveller requirements are adhered to
- Researching & coordinating key suppliers, preferential rates, long-stay discounts & loyalty programmes
- Maintaining travel-related accounts & logins, including associated spreadsheets
- Recording & reconciling department credit card transactions
- Providing general administrative support to the department
- May be required to complete other business activities on behalf of the company from time to time in line with identified skills, competencies and experience

- IT literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

**Salary & Benefits**
**Salary**: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
