We are looking for a Reservations & Function Co-ordinator to join Cosy Club’s passionate central reservations team based in our Head Office in Bristol. Being outgoing, chatty and motivated you will be part of our ongoing success in driving business into our Cosy Clubs. This role will involve really knowing our products, services and facilities as on a daily basis you will be conversing with our customers, in contact with our General Managers, Operations Managers and Directors alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering the phone during office hours
- manning those sales leads
- The role will include working 5 days a week, including around 2 Saturdays a month.
- Ensuring customers are looked after and followed up on any enquiry be it site or centrally
- Be able to upsell items to every enquiry which best accommodates their needs
- Push promotional activity and communicate offers to all customers
- Using the booking system to its maximum potential to optimise covers
- Drive Christmas activity to achieve targeted revenue and bookings
- Helping customers plan their functions in our private dining rooms

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations or contact centre environment
- Loves talking to people
- Organised
- Good time management
- Enjoys fast paced environment

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
