We’re seeking a PCV Compliance Coordinator to join our Ground Transportation team here at Bristol Airport, they’ll manage and assure Operational License compliance and attainment of all regulatory requirements. The compliance coordinator will do this whilst working closely with our wider Ground Transportation operation and overseeing the efficient day to day performance and running of the bus operation.
About the role
The PCV Compliance Coordinator will develop and maintain the standard operation procedures and core competencies for the PCV team whilst undertaking regular reviews to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements. They’ll manage and maintain the O License compliance standards across our PCV operation, identifying and resolving deficiencies, logging any incidents relating to O License compliance and addressing these in conjunction with the Ground Transportation Manager.
All key deadlines will be mapped out and adhered too, with processes put into place to manage the workstream. The correct resourcing levels will be planned and implemented to support our bus operation whilst ensuring we comply with Working Time Directive and Domestic Driving Regulations. The Compliance Coordinator will implement and promote health, safety and wellbeing procedures to support the Airports Health & Safety plan.
In addition, the role will include:
- Collaborate with the Ground Transport Operations Coordinator to optimise the use of our buses across dedicated routes
- Collaborate with our Ground Transport Duty Manager to provide input and feedback to support a cohesive approach across GT, and ensure regular maintenance checks are undertaken, defects addressed, and fleet availability meets the needs of the business
- Carry out incident investigations; compiling reports, implementing follow up actions and producing trend analysis data
About You
The ability to create and develop reports and to analyse, audit and investigate data is essential whilst being committed to ensuring a Health & Safety culture of learning and accountability. Being financially aware, with the ability to identify cost effective solutions to operational challenges. A flexible and adaptable approach with the willingness to work to the needs of a 24/7 operational environment is essential.
The successful applicant will hold or be working towards attaining their O License and hold or be working towards PCV Licence category D with CPC currency within 3 months.

**Salary**: £36,000.00 per year
