**About Our Client**:
Our client is an exceptionally fast expanding Group, providing a range of Health Care assistance to clients with complex needs. They are looking for a ambitious Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join their busy team in Bristol.

The duties and responsibilities of Recruitment Compliance Coordinator include:

- Proactively manage the compliance of all workers registered on the companies in house databases.
- To manage community worker status's as relevant to the individual's compliance requirements.
- Administrating worker competencies and supporting the Clinical team with reporting on these.
- Schedule, arrange and coordinate mandatory training dates to suit business need. Inform community workers of these dates and book them into these as relevant.
- Ensure Compliance processes are followed, and guidelines adhered to.
- Ensure all workers files are maintained with correct and legal Right to Work evidence.
- To ensure regular contact is made with all community workers regarding their Compliance status and to support them in updating this.
- To complete individual tasks as allocated by line manager Daily, Weekly, Monthly or ongoing.
- To ensure you have knowledge of Data Protection Act and to implement steps within daily role to maintain Compliance with this.

- Be able to multitask while working in a busy environment
- Have exceptional verbal and written communications skills
