Property and Compliance Coordinator. A Bristol based property firm need a Property and Compliance Coordinator to work through property compliance administration.
This Administrator position involved getting all the necessary paperwork together for new tenants - so getting the electrical and gas and carbon monoxide certificates in place ensuring compliance for each property. This will involve managing sub contractors,keys, certificate management, files etc etc.
The Property and Compliance Coordinator / Administrator will be a highly organised individual with a good attention to detail.
The Property and Compliance Coordinator / Administrator will need relevant experience, preferably from a property / letting / estate agency environment.
The Property and Compliance Coordinator will need a driving licence to help with viewings in the event of covering the team.
The Property and Compliance Coordinator / Administrator salary is £24-25k + benefits
