**Maintenance Administrator**
**The Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organised, reliable and confident individual so if this sounds like you then this role could be ideal for you.
Working from Bristol BS32 area you will be responsible for:
- liaise between tenants, landlords and contractors regarding repairs and maintenance
- check invoices and obtain quotes
- schedule all compliance ie Gas Safety, EICR's, Fire Risk Assessments, EPC's, etc
- experience with computers an advantage
- answering the telephone
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- diary entry
- undertake general office duties as required
The successful applicant will need to be/ have:
- Keen to learn
- Be able to work in a busy team environment
- Have a high degree of own initiative and be a pro-active solution finder
- Good communication skills; verbally and written
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Flexible to support other roles in the team when requested
- Confident use of Outlook/ G-mail packages and Word is preferred but not essential
- Experience of customer database systems but we can provide training
**Our Company**
Liv N Let are based in BS32 Bristol. We are a busy lettings agency and are offering a competitive salary dependant on experience. There is room for further development within the organisation and support for staff with new ideas and ways to improve services and processes.
Hours : Monday - Friday, 9am until 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
Salary is dependent on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
