**About the role**
We are seeking a Schools Liaison Coordinator to join our Brand, Marketing and Future Students department as part of our Future Students team.
The role requires excellent organisational skills as a diverse range of duties are undertaken which means the postholder must be able to work pro-actively and independently, prioritising a range of tasks on a daily basis. The post holder’s tasks will include a mixture of administrative tasks, including the management of the schools’ inboxes, maintaining the database of schools’ contacts and assisting with the organisation and reporting of outreach activity for the Outreach Officer and Outreach Co-ordinator. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing team to assist with the drafting, creation, delivery and reporting of the schools’ newsletter and the development of digital content for the AUB website.
This role includes supporting with the organisation and facilitation of on campus events for Schools, as well as supporting outreach activity in schools. This role may include presenting to groups of students, promoting the AUB brand, as well as liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
This position does not meet the UKVI salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must therefore demonstrate their right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
