**Join Our Team as an Aftersales Administrator**

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a knack for handling customer inquiries, processing returns, and coordinating warranty repairs? If so, we invite you to join our team as an Aftersales Administrator at our Head Office in Poole.

In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Department and, as such, we are seeking an individual with a strong, optimistic mindset who is able to make decisions while working under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing queries promptly
- Ensure the customer is kept up to date with open cases until completion
- Gather feedback from both new and returning customers to improve our services
- Efficiently handle product returns and coordinate with couriers and suppliers
- Regular stock checks and audits ensuring accuracy across all companies
- Weekly reporting on live returns and customer feedback
- Process stock transfers in line with company procedures
- Proactively identify and address potential problems
- Other duties as required

This is an evolving role within an ever-growing environment, as the business progresses the requirements of this role will expand alongside it.

**Experience required**:

- Previous experience in a Customer Services role is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Accurate with high attention to detail
- A calm disposition with the ability to handle tricky situations
- Ability to prioritise workload daily
- A proficient user of MS Office
