**Administrator within a Secondary School - Poole (BH)**

**OVERVIEW**:
An opportunity for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth and efficient operation of a busy secondary school.

The School Administrator will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative processes, maintaining accurate student and staff records, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with school etc.

- Oversee attendance and admissions data.
- Manage school correspondence and documentation.
- Assist with timetabling and report preparation.
- Provide general office and reception support.

This position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic educational environment, ensuring that administrative systems run effectively to enable high-quality teaching and learning.

Pay: £15.95-£17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- School Receptionist / Administrator: 1 year (required)
- SIMS: 1 year (preferred)
- ARBOR: 1 year (preferred)
