We are excited to be advertising for this particular role, our clients are the UK leaders in resource management, they provide a comprehensive range of waste, water, and energy management services designed to build **The Circular Economy** and protect the environment.

Their strategy is focused on manufacturing new greener products, generating low and zero-carbon energy, and closing the loop by finding innovative ways to reuse materials. This helps our customers and suppliers reduce their carbon impact, preserve scarceraw materials, and achieve greater sustainability.
They are now in the process of recruiting an Office Administrator located at their Tunbridge site.
**Job Purpose**
To provide administration support for the Commercial Depot by ensuring all relevant administration is completed in a timely fashion. This ensures the Depot functions efficiently and accurately. To provide ad hoc administration support for the Business Manager,and Operations Manager as required.
**Requirements**:
- Basic schooling is required, preferably with qualifications (GCSE or equivalent).
- Practical verbal and numerical skills are important.
- A logical and focused approach to problem-solving.
- Administration / clerical experience is desirable.
- Good interpersonal skills
- the ability to deal with people from all levels.
- Financial experience or, as a minimum, dealing with Excel/Google spreadsheets.
- Microsoft Office/Google Suite IT skills - intermediate level Experience with some other system use i.e. WIMS, Google, AVA, and various other software packages.
- Ability to work under their own initiative.
- Ability to manage your own workload and manage time effectively..
- Customer service skills Punctual and reliable.
**Role**
- The role holder will be required to: Complete administration tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures and best practice.
- Ensure that all messages are passed onto the relevant Manager/colleague.
- Accurately process all relevant advice notes/disposal documentation, including filing. Frontline telephone call answering.
- Accurately process data on to the company operating systems (WIMS, Tranman, AVA) Assist in managing filling systems and general documentation.
- To receive and process customer service requests.
- To assist in resolving customer queries and complaints about service issues and waste collections.
- Deal proficiently with any queries to find a suitable resolution.
- Ensure the accurate inputting of data.
- To work with and build good working relationships with clients, colleagues and internal departments and ensure good communication links.
- Follow all relevant Veolia administration processes.
- BMS/VMR General Administration duties and document housekeeping.
**Working week**
You will be expected to work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5 pm
