**Remuneration & Benefits HR Administrator**
**£26,000 - £30,000 per annum**

**Permanent, full time or part-time considered.**
**Reporting to: Head of Human Resources**
**Hours: Flex 9-5pm Monday - Friday (Hybrid office/home working 1-2days wfh); Part Time hours will be considered - 28 hours minimum.**

Office Angels have teamed up with this successful organisation within Tonbridge who are looking for a new team member to join their team of 3 in the HR Function of this busy firm. Reporting to the Head of HR, who is supportive and nurturing.
**Overall Purpose of the Role**:
- Responsible for the administration and processing of the end-to-end monthly outsourced payroll, and pension and benefits schemes.
- An element of this role will also include the administration of all employee training data and learning and development plans.
- Support the continuous improvement of the benefits and learning and development processes and ensure that payroll runs smoothly and accurately each month.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Remuneration**
- Administration of the monthly payroll process for all employees; inputting salary changes, any additional payments and/or deductions, setting up new starters, processing leavers and calculating final payments and processing maternity and paternity leave calculations.
- Respond to employee queries related to their pay.
**Benefits**
- Administration of benefit schemes for all eligible employees; setting up new starters, processing changes and leavers and ensuring that employee data is accurate, up-to
- date and communicated to benefit providers and/or brokers.
- Liaise with the pension provider to ensure new memberships are administered with employee details and contributions recorded on the HR database and with the pensions provider.
**Learning and Development**
- Support the administration of learning and development activities for employees to ensure that employee's personal development plans are fulfilled, and all training is recorded on the HR database.
