Work over 4-5 days Monday - Friday 8:45am start time (29.5 Hours)

We are recruiting for an Additional Learning Support Administrator to join a busy department based in school offices in Tonbridge.

**The duties in your new role would be**:

- Work with the Head of Additional Learning Support and ALS Managers to ensure all aspects of ALS is recorded and maintained effectively
- Providing general administrative tasks to the ALS department.
- Liaise with departments across all College campuses and support referrals to external agencies and partners
- Provide administrative support for High Needs Students Annual Reviews
- Assist with effective communication, verbal and written, to learners, staff and parents/carers
- Dealing with queries over the telephone and making sure they are dealt with promptly
- Other general admin support where required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Customer Care Skills including a positive manner
- Good, current secretarial and administrative skills
- Team player with a flexible, problem-solving approach
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- DBS Certification
- You can start immediately
