Tonbridge
£25,000 per annum

Monday - Friday 9-5pm + Hybrid working policy 1-2 days a week. (following initial 1 month training)
Do you have administration / customer based experience within Banking, Insurance or Financial Services? Can you demonstrate knowledge of working within a regulatory environment (Insurance, Finance, Credit etc)?

Using your experience within financial or banking administration skills you will be completing a variety of tasks within your role to include:
1. Customer handling:
Take account of Data Protection rules and regulations and ensure that customer confidentiality is maintained.
At all times work within the Conduct Risk framework including Treating Customers Fairly.
2. Deposit accounts:
Complete manual Anti-Money laundering checks for organisations and review outputs for individuals when electronic checks are carried out via the online origination platform.
Process account maturities, closures or withdrawals and assist with maintaining appropriate audit records.
Process deposit accounts credits received by cheque or electronic payment.
3. Banking:
Enter deposit data into in house system, meticulously conducting account reconciliations and investigating any unusual items; generate accurate reports from the banking system and bespoke databases.
Deposit the Bank's cheques daily at the local branch, ensuring records for transactions are recorded accurately.
Monitor your daily work and work within deadlines
You will have relevant customer service and administration skills gained within a process driven environment, and work with accuracy and excellent communication skills.
