**About The Role**:

Sales Ops provides direct support to Sales. Working for the Head of Sales Operations, this is a wide ranging role that will be involved in every aspect of Sales Operations and as such will be expected to deliver strategically, operationally and tactically, across the business. Strong stakeholder engagement is key and must be aligned to being well organised, discrete and with a well proven attention to detail. The role is to support Sales but also to be an integral part of a small team. The team must work together and develop strong relationships across the business and as such the role is vital to providing consistency and functions that hold everything together. The Sales Ops team members must have strong IT technical skills and be comfortable using a variety of different platforms. Excellent verbal and written skills are a must, combined with an ability to present to large groups.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- PMO, BA and BI responsibilities across the Division
- Act as the POC, organiser for all Sales Ops Meetings
- Develop processes and procedures to enable the Division to grow and be effective across the UK
- Provide advice and expertise to the Division
- Act as the system administrator for the Sales navigator
- Plan and manage Sales Ops events, workshops
- Provide the Sales team with relevant updated information on Sales Operations
- Maintain the Sales Ops Risk Registrar
- Own, create, and deliver Sales Ops reporting
- Provide to the governance of the Sales Ops Team
- Promote FDM’s diversity and inclusion initiatives internally
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the business to maximise collaboration across all departments involved developing the Sales Ops Division

- Bachelor's degree
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement communication and networking skills
- Proven ability to establish, build and maintain relationships across all levels of the business
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication with a professional and outgoing approach
- Comfortable and confident delivering presentations and workshops
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and wider organisation
- Motivated by a target-driven environment and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and prepared to think laterally, demonstrating initiative and ownership of projects
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks/time to meet tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail while working under pressure
