**Your Role**

**Sales Operations Specialist - UK & Ireland**

As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will support our LAC region properties by playing a key role in supporting our sales team by optimizing processes, managing sales data, and driving operational efficiency. Your work will help enable the team to focus on client acquisition and retention by delivering accurate insights, managing essential tools, and providing administrative support. This is an exciting and collaborative role for someone who thrives on structure, analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Streamline and improve sales processes and workflows
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports within CRM systems
- Analyze sales data and deliver actionable insights to the sales team
- Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Support the onboarding of new sales team members
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve sales outcomes
- Manage and optimize sales tools and software
- Train sales team members on tools and processes

**Qualifications**:
**Your Qualifications, Skills and Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
- A few years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present to large audiences and perform well under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
