**Type: Full-time, Permanent**

**Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum + £10,000 bonus + Possible performance Bonus of up to £1500 per quarter**

**Location: City of London / Remote Working**

**Role Purpose**:
My client are looking to recruit an RPO Talent Acquisition Specialist with Tech Sales and Product recruitment experience to work in partnership with their Software RPO client.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Be the key point of contact for Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members to ensure that adequate support is provided.
- Proactively meet stakeholders at routine intervals about requirements, opportunities and initiatives that may impact talent acquisition.
- Develop strategic relationships with peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges.
- Employ all available recruiting and sourcing strategy tools and partners as needed to document and execute a sourcing strategy.
- Provide innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisions.
- Be accountable for delivery against all requirements.

**Experience and skills**
- 5+ years’ Recruitment Agency, RPO or In-House Recruitment Experience.
- Experience hiring in a range of commercial and business strategy skillsets within technology and software sales.
- Experience in selling recruitment services along with the ability to build Client relationships and confidence, with first-class written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish a good rapport with colleagues and clients at every level, along with proven Account Development experience.
- Ability to close deals whilst at the same time responding quickly and professionally to requirements.
- Demonstrate and confidently use all available search tools to maximise each opportunity and keep abreast on latest / changing resource technology.
- The ability to understand complex situations and foresee implications and outcomes over the longer term.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail are essential.
