In this role, you’ll leverage data and market intelligence to drive strategic recruitment initiatives, deliver exceptional results, and exceed client expectations. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones, budgetary guidelines, and SLAs while meeting KPIs.Conduct market research and use data analytics to inform innovative recruitment strategies, particularly in the Insurance industry.Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and implement creative sourcing techniques.Continuously evaluate and optimise strategies based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.Target niche skill sets, engaging candidates with rare and in‑demand skills, expanding the talent pool beyond conventional methods.Build talent pools by identifying key segments and engaging potential candidates through networking events and online forums.Implement talent relationship management systems for personalised engagement and proactive succession planning.Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and recruitment plans aligned with organisational goals.Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process, routes to market and sourcing options.Establish clear communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies.Schedule regular check‑ins with clients to review progress, address concerns, and align priorities.Work with supply‑chain partners where needed to ensure roles that require additional support receive it.Track supplier performance and maintain quality checks and processes.Champion D&I initiatives, track metrics and collaborate with external organisations to expand diverse talent pipelines.Monitor industry trends and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to inform strategies.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate future talent needs during strategic planning.Attend relevant industry events to network and promote the employer brand.Experience Required3–5 years’ experience in agency, RPO or in‑house end‑to‑end recruitment.Skilled in sourcing roles across Finance, IT or Corporate functions.Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.Ability to use data and analytics for insights and process optimisation.Experience turning workforce data into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.Core skills: direct sourcing, screening, pipeline generation.Background in financial services is essential.Why UsHybrid working, two days in client offices.Clear career progression with development pathways.Outstanding learning and development programmes.Industry leading bonus schemes.Flexi benefits: PMI, Dental, Travel Insurance, Critical Illness and more.24 days holidays (rising to 27 days) and birthday off.Purchase up to 5 additional holiday days after probation.Generous family‑friendly entitlements.Competitive pension with increasing contributions.Save As You Earn with share purchase at reduced price.Employee discounts via ManpowerGroup Rewards.About UsGlobal leaders in workforce solutions and strategies.
