We plan to spend £16 bn over the next ten years to support new discoveries in life, health and wellbeing, and tackle mental health, infectious disease and climate and health.We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent team and play a key role in making Wellcome the best place to work and supporting the delivery of our mission.ResponsibilityReporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will drive the development and delivery of talent acquisition processes, focusing on hiring and onboarding talent that helps enable Wellcome’s mission. The role will help innovate and embrace talent acquisition technology to support our mission‑driven organisation.QualificationsExperienced in Talent Acquisition gained in different organisations providing exposure to a variety of business practices.Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes.Understanding of talent acquisition, resource planning and onboarding; updated with best practice and leading‑edge thinking, utilising external networks to bring up‑to‑date external thinking into an organisation.Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data.Experience operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services.BenefitsWe work from a hybrid model: three days in our Euston Road office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and two days remote or in‑office.For the holiday period (23 Dec – 5 Jan 2026) our emails may not be monitored and replies will be sent after 5 Jan 2026.Diversity & InclusionDiversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.
