**The Role**:
Reporting to the Localisation Manager, you will be overseeing the localisation of content in both live action and animated formats for multiple channels. As Localisation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing projects within the end-to-end localisation workflow. The content features dialogue, narration, and songs. This work involves liaising with the production and post-production teams, as well Distribution and sales, to gather materials and titles, plus liaising with our partner dubbing vendors to order content that needs to be localised, ensuring that the flow of assets between all parties is seamless. You will also continue to build relationships with our existing dubbing partners, and key stakeholders within Moonbug itself.

**Requirements**:

- Manage each step of the localisation process: Building timelines, reviewing budgets, and coordinating assets, all the way to final delivery of the files.
- Analyse source files to identify potential challenges and establish preventative measures.
- Adhere to established localisation standards, systems, and best practices.
- Raising of Purchase orders and checking/approving invoices.
- Liaising with multiple vendors and key Moonbug stakeholders
- Reviewing and approving casting elements
- Minor QC checks of incoming dubbed content
- Managing the data entry of projects within internal tracking systems
- Presenting information/updates to internal stakeholders

**Desired Experience and Qualifications**:

- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- A good understanding of vocals and music so you are able to review casting materials.
- Self-starter and enthusiastic.
- Competent user of excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Successful project management of concurrent small to medium sized projects.
- Proven track record of managing localisation/dubbing projects (2 to 3 years experience min).
- Experiencing supervising or managing one or two direct reports.

**Desirable**
- Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities well.
