**Guest Experience Supervisor - Cove, Landmark Pinnacle.**

There are no boundaries in your role as Guest Experience Supervisor, as you will be responsible for your team in providing all the reassurance our guests need to relax into their stay. Experiences they won’t find anywhere else.

As our Guest Experience Supervsior, you will be a key member of the reception team, supervising and training the Guest Experience Hosts, and providing a memorable guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of the guest journey - from taking theinitial reservation, to providing a warm welcome and making a lasting impression when our guests checkout.

**What we look for.**
- Previous customer focused role (for example in hospitality or in retail).
- Customer service skills
- Tech savvy, someone who does not shy away from tech-based resolutions and interaction.
- Clear verbal/written communication proficiency.
- Flexible and adaptable approach with a can-do attitude.

This role is based at Cove - Landmark Pinnacle. Once known as the banking centre of London, Canary Wharf has blossomed into an area that’s about way more than work. Be immersed in a thriving community with an increasing number of eating and drinking spots,shopping destinations, and even a boutique cinema. There’s also live music, art exhibitions, and a weekly street food market. Plus, you’re not far from the Underground, DLR and river taxis.

**Please be aware that this position is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.**
