y client based in B37 Area are looking for experience customer service team leader. looking for someone with 2 years experience.

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum

40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm office base only

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide a point of contact for customers.
- Proactively build and maintain customer relationships
- Ensure accurate reporting to all customers
- Manage customer SLA’s with Senior Customer Service Advisors
- Arrange, attend and manage customer meetings to enhance working relationships and to ensure that business opportunities are maximised.
- To assist in the development of Customer Service team and contribute to the overall improvement and success of the business practices.
- To provide day-to-day support to Customer Service Manager
- Develop processes for the introduction of new customers.
- Liaise with the Driver Control department to resolve all customer/internal queries.
- Assist on the resolution of any customer complaints / concerns and take corrective action in order to prevent re - occurrence of events in compliance with departmental ISO 9001 guidelines.
- Ensure the performance of the customer service team is at its highest level by providing the appropriate support, training and development in conjunction with HR department.
- Deputise for the manager in their absence.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
