**About The Role
A bit about the role **
The Customer Service Advisor will provide excellent service to customers, Morrison Data Services colleagues & employees of Energy Suppliers. You will support with the validation of activity completed by our Field teams, identifying themes and trends and providingfeedback to the relevant stakeholders. You will join an established team working a variety of different workstreams with training provided by a mentor; ensuring our standards continue to remain high & consistent across the work you will be completing.
Reporting into the Process Improvement Manager, you will support with ad hoc requests to investigate data sets, providing insight through knowledge and curiosity to challenge existing processes and behaviours observed to drive efficiencies.
**Key Responsibilities for this role**:
- First point of contact for colleagues & Suppliers, providing support to resolve issues, requests and queries
- Promote and maintain a positive attitude, a high level of professionalism and reliability through attendance
- All work to be managed within the agreed department KPIs
- An aptitude for investigating and problem solving
- Ensure adherence to internal and contractual quality standards
- Work proactively to identify opportunities to improve performance and outcomes
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills
- High attention to detail and comfortable working in a data focused environment
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- Dedicated to the provision of excellent customer service, and desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Delivering objectives and adhering to KPIs
- IT literate
